ANDREW WEBBER is an award-winning editor who has been accredited for numerous reality, factual programming and feature films, which have been broadcast all over the across the world.

With over ten years experience specialising in post-production, Andrew’s passion lies with delivering dramatic, cutting-edge edits. Channel 4’s ‘Come Dine With Me’ and ‘BBC’s Eastenders E20’ being prime examples of this.

From humble beginnings as a Production Assistant for Channel 4, Andrew quickly worked his way up the ranks to become Senior Editor for a number of independent media companies and broadcast channels.

Andrew’s editing prowess has grown from strength-to-strength. His first feature film, ‘The Mirror Boy’ went on to receive a multitude of film awards, winning him ‘Best Film Editing’ at the Nollywood Movies Awards in 2012, a general release in UK via Odeon and also in cinemas in South and West Africa. With a screening at the Festival de Cannes to top-it-off.

In 2013 his second feature film, ‘Hard Time Bus’ was rewarded ‘Best Film’ at the Hollywood Black Film Festival, Black International Film Festival along with a nomination at the American Black Film Festival.

Recently, Andrew’s career has naturally progressed towards filmmaking. Producing and directing factual and online content for Channel 4‘s Emmy award-winning web series, ‘Battlefront’.

After having much success in his career Andrew foundered AW Broadcast, a boutique media production company committed to producing boundary-pushing films and programming. His first short film, ‘Second Wind’ received a collection of award nominations in the Portobello Film Festival and the Black International Film Festival.

Always keen to give back to the industry Andrew has been invited to guest lecture at his alma mater, the University of Wolverhampton where he advises the university’s School of Media students how to succeed in the industry.
